Who can use our Online Booking System?

  • This service is available to all customers.
  • Those in possession of a membership card, this includes Paying and Non-Paying Memberships can register and create an online account.
  • Users not in possession of a membership card may still book but you will be required to enter your details each time.

I have a membership card, how do I register?

Register a new account

  • Select the Register button located above the Basket header on the right hand side of the page.
  • Fill out all of the fields on display. Please check the Registration notes below if you are unsure of any entry.
  • Click Register.

Activate your account

An account activation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the setup, click on the link provided within the email. This will take you to the activation page.

  • Confirm the answer to your security question.
  • Enter and confirm your desired password. Please note that your new password must be at least 6 characters long.
  • Click Activate.

Congratulations, you are now logged on and ready to start making bookings.

Registration notes

  • The email address used during the registartion process will update the one we hold on your membership record.
  • In addition to the account activation email you will receive, this email address will also be used for booking,payment confirmations (if applicable)and re-activation links in the event that you forget your password.
  • The card number you enter must match your membership record, if you have had a replacement card it will be the newest one.
  • If you experience problems with the registration process please check your membership record details with a member of Customer Service team at your home site.
  • You will find your card number on the front of your membership card.

How do I log on?

  • Select the Log On link located above the Basket header which can be found on the right hand side of any page on the site. If you are using a mobile device select Log On from top right.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Click Log On.
  • You can use the Remember Me tick box to save your username for subsequent visits.

What do I do if I forget my username?

  • Navigate to the Log On page as normal.
  • Click on the Forgotten username link.
  • Enter the email address you registered with.
  • Click Request username reminder.
  • An email will be sent to the email address you entered during the setup, containing the username you registered with.

What do I do if I forget my password?

  • Navigate to the Log On page as normal.
  • Click on the Forgotten password link.
  • Enter your username and the email address you registered with.
  • Click Request re-activation link.
  • An account re-activation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the setup, click on the link provided within the email. This will take you to the activation page.
  • Confirm the answer to your security question.
  • Enter and confirm your new password.
  • Click Activate.
  • You are now logged on and ready to start making bookings.

How do I make an activity booking?

Search for an activity

  • First select the Activity option.
  • Select the required facility from the dropdown site list.
  • Select the activity you are looking for from the next dropdown list.
  • Select the Date. Clicking into this field will display a date picker from which you may choose the date you wish to make your booking on.
  • Activities may be booked up to 7 days in advance, some qualifying memberships will have 14 day ahead booking rights.
  • Certain activities allow variable durations, if avaialble this can be selected.
  • Click Search.

Add or remove items from the basket

  • Find the start time and location that you wish to book from the search results.
  • Click the Add to basket icon (in the last column) associated with that row.
  • If available, a popup will display requiring you to select a sub-location (court) for your booking from the dropdown list of pre-set options available.
  • Select a sub-location then click OK.
  • The Shopping Basket page is displayed allowing you to review your item.
  • If you are logged on your details will appear within the booking detail.
  • If you are not a member and are not logged in please input your details by selecting the 'an anonymous non-member' link.
  • From here you can: start another search; empty the entire contents of your basket; remove individual items from your basket; or proceed to the check out to complete your booking.
  • To remove the entire contents of your basket click the Empty Basket link.
  • To remove individual items from your basket click the Remove item from basket icon next to the item you wish to remove.
  • For qualifying members a maximum of 10 items (activity or class bookings or a combination of the two) may be held in the basket at any one time. Other users have a maximum of 5 items.

Complete the booking

  • Review the items in your basket.
  • Tick the 'I accept the terms and conditions' checkbox. Read the terms and conditions if you have not already done so.
  • Click Checkout.
  • Confirm the booking by clicking the Proceed to Online Card Payment link.
  • You will be taken to our secure online payment portal. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the payment for your activities.
  • Upon successful payment you will then be returned to the Confirmation page within our Online Booking System where you may view or print your booking confirmation.
  • Two emails will be sent, one containing a link to the booking confirmation page and the other confirming payment.

How do I make a class booking?

Search for a class

  • It should be noted that at some facilities not all classes or activities are available to be booked online. Please review the website for a full and extensive class and activity timetable.
  • First select the Class option.
  • Select your chosen facility from the Site dropdown.
  • We automatically display all classes.
  • Select the Date. Clicking into this field will display a date picker from which you may choose the date you wish to make your booking on.
  • If required amend the search From and To time parameters to suit your requirements.
  • Click Search.

How can I view my booking history?

  • When you log on you will see the My Bookings option.
  • Click the My Bookings tab to view your booking history.
  • Use the search parameters at the top of the page to filter the results shown in the table underneath.
  • The tabs allow you to select the type of booking you wish to view.
  • Underneath the tabs there is a dropdown list which allows you to select how far back you wish to view.
  • Search results are ordered by date and time with the newest bookings towards the top of the table.
  • You can view and reprint booking confirmations for activities or classes booked through Online Booking System by clicking on the individual activity entry.
  • Bookings made in person or by phone direct with your facility will still show in the list but you will not be able to view or print a booking confirmation for these items.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancelling a pre-booked activity

  • As a logged on Member you may cancel a pre-booked activity online, using the My Bookings facility, provided it was not chargeable and that the activity has not commenced.
  • A paid for booking may only be cancelled by contacting Reception at the Facility.
  • Click the My Bookings tab to view your booking history.
  • Use the tabs and dropdown list to locate the activity you wish to cancel.
  • Click the delete icon next to the activity name to cancel your booking.
  • The activity is removed from your booking history.
  • An email confirming the cancellation will be sent to you.

Cancelling a pre-booked class place

  • As a logged on Member you may cancel a pre-booked class place online, using the My Bookings facility, provided it was not chargeable and that the activity has not commenced.
  • Click the My Bookings tab to view your booking history.
  • Use the tabs and dropdown list to locate the class you wish to cancel.
  • Click the delete icon next to the class name to cancel your place.
  • The class is removed from your booking history.
  • An email confirming the cancellation will be sent to you.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

  • If you encounter a problem making a booking you can contact us in person, by telephone or by email using the link at the top of the page, via the "Contact Us" link on the website or by telephone
  • If possible you should provide the following details which can be found on your Booking Confirmation:
    • Member number
    • Booking reference number
    • Class or activity
    • Date and time of booking
    • A description of the problem
  • You should not respond to the auto-generated emails outlined in the above sections.
  • Please note that whilst we aim to answer your emails as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to do so. If you have an issue with an existing booking you are advised to contact the specific facility directly in person or by phone.

How do I check for messages?

  • From time to time we may need to send you a message regarding one of your class or activity bookings.
  • When you log on you will see the Messages tab.
  • Unread messages will be indicated in brackets within the tab.
  • Click the Messages tab to access your messages.
  • Your messages are displayed in a table with the newest at the top.
  • Unread messages are indicated by a closed envelope icon.
  • Messages which have been read and stored are indicated by an open envelope.
  • Click on the subject heading to open the message.
  • The messages appear as a popup.
  • If you wish to keep the message for future reference select OK.
  • If you wish to delete the message select Delete.

How do I log off?

  • Select the Log Off link located above the Basket header which can be found on the right hand side of any page on the site. If you are using a mobile device select Log Off from top right.
